The best meat to use for a highly flavored Steak sandwich is very thinly sliced rib-eye, traditionally the staple ingredient found in Philadelphia steak sandwiches. Our Beef Sandwich Steaks are made in-house from closely trimmed USDA "Choice" or better grade beef. Speak with our butcher to determine which cut of beef best suits your needs for creating the ultimate steak sandwich.
