Braciole

Braciole

Braciole is an Italian dish, consisting of slices of meat that are pan-fried or grilled, often in their own juice or in a small amount of light olive oil. What are known as Braciole in the United States are called Involtini ("little bundles") in Italy. Braciole is fun to make and very delicious. There are many recipes out there depending on which part of Itay the recipe originates. Braciole is all about the quality of beef and the stuffing - it can be simple or elaborate. Braciole can be cooked in tomato sauce along with meatballs and Italian sausage if you really want to impress. Our Braciole is made from hand trimmed USDA "Choice" grade or better thinly sliced sirloin.
