For our chicketta, we take high quality selected chicken breasts, pound them thin and roll them up with and lots of fresh herbs and seasonings. We then tie tightly and after a good sear place them in the oven to finish. They come out golden, crisp and juicy. We sell several varieties of Chicketta - Roasts (uncooked) for the do-at-homers, Pattie, or Deli Sliced (our most popular). Chicketta is made fresh each day in our store using the best chicken available. Our deli also makes fresh Chicketta Sandwiches daily.
