Filet Mignon is a steak with extreme tenderness, exceptional flavor, and outstanding quality. In French this cut can also be called filet de bœuf, which translates in English to beef fillet. The tenderloin is the most tender cut of beef and Filet Mignon is  arguably the most desirable. Generally, tenderloin is not as flavorful as some other cuts of beef (i.e. prime rib cuts), however it is a distinguished class of meat. Our Filet Mignon is a high quality selected hand trimmed USDA Grade "CHOICE" or better product. Always fresh.
