Fresh Ground Veal (upon request)

Ground veal is first quality selected then hand trimmed and finely chopped by a grinder on site in our store. We do not sell any pre-packaged ground veal products. Our Veal is USDA Grade "Choice: or better  - Always fresh. Kindly allow for a twenty four hour lead time to prepare this product for you.
