Imported Olive Oil - Pure, Virgin, Extra

Olive oil is a fat obtained from the olive , a traditional tree crop of the Mediterranean Basin. The oil is produced by pressing whole olives and is commonly used in cooking. We carry three varieties - Pure, Virgin, and Extra Virgin.

Pure - great for cooking and frying.
Virgin - for cold dishes or low-temperature cooking.
Extra Virgin - for salad dressings and cold dishes.
