Marrow Bones (Beef)

Marrow Bones (Beef)

The Paleolithic diet which exploded a couple of years ago has put the health benefits of eating bone marrow on the radar in a way which it wasn’t before. When something new suddenly gets labeled as a “superfood,” it can make the line between fact, fad or fiction difficult to navigate - the choice is always yours. Marrow bones are uniquely flavorful and are used to make bone broth, or roasted then using the marrow the same way one would use butter, even melted over steak while it’s resting. There is also that certain four legged family member who would greatly appreciate one of these from time to time as well.
