A good meatball or meatloaf begins with the "types" of meat used in the preparation. Our Meatball/Meatloaf Mix is made in-house and contains a delicate balance of ground beef, pork and veal which are sure to bring out the best deep, rich, savory, flavor of your dish. Our store uses hand trimmed then grounded USDA "Choice" or better graded beef and high quality selected pork and veal. We are a custom shop and you can specify the percentage amounts and type of meats you would like for your mix as well.
