Mozzarella is a southern Italian cheese traditionally made from Italian water buffalo milk only in select regions of the country.  Our deli mozzarella is a mild and milky, low moisture part-skim Mozzarella ideal for sandwiches and low temperature melts. Available in our store sliced.
