Sausage (Hot, Sweet, Wine & Garlic)

Our sausages are all made fresh in our shop from the pork we receive each day. We choose only the best pork products for our sausages. Sausages we sell with exception to our Dried Sausage are sold uncooked and then cooked in many ways, including pan-frying, broiling, added to sauces, and barbecuing. We offer two different styles, link or pattie, and three different flavorings, Hot, Sweet, and Wine & Garlic.  Available everyday in our store.
